Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, business type and estimated monthly card turnover.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. This may process limited technical information needed to protect the form.

Why we use it

• To respond to your quote request and recommend a suitable payment option.
• To take steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
• To keep a record of enquiries and follow up where appropriate.
• To protect our website and form from spam or fraudulent submissions.

Who we share information with

Your details are seen only by TrustPOS and trusted providers that help us run the website, quote form, email and secure enquiry records. If you choose to continue with a payment provider, their own privacy information will apply to the next stage.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries for up to 12 months from the latest contact, then delete them securely unless we need to retain them for a legal reason.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email kayden@trustpos.uk and we will help.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
